First of all, it's lose weight. How? You exersise and generally keep fit, it works pretty quickly

Haha. I was wondering the same thing. I was especially amazed at how many people on the 43 Things website were determined to "loose weight permenantly". When I brought it up I was yelled at for being pedantic (only I don't think they used the word "pedantic").

I suggest that next time you go fishing you choose a more subtle name.
