There are special sprays and wipes you can use. Your local computer store should sell these. Do not use soaps, alcohol, or anything else.

Get along to your nearest ALDI shop. At the moment they are selling spray cleaner for lcd monitors and tv's. I bought some and it works really well. You just spray a bit on a duster and clean the screen. Cost about £1.49. Best not to risk using window cleaner or other products on lcd screens.

If you dont live near an Aldi store PC world and other similar shops will sell their own version of this stuff. ( at a higher price )

Most computer shops will sell a wet wipe for your screen. They are specifically designed for LCD screens. If their are none available there, go to a camera shop. They will also sell something similar that will be very safe for your screen. They look just like the wet wipes we use for babies. If you use any kind of cleaner on your screen, it will destroy it very quickly. LCD screens are very sensitive, even clothes can damage them easily.

No glass cleaners! They will dull your screen and damage the plastice because of the ammonia in it. Best Buy sells a screen cleaner, it's the only thing that won't harm.

WARNING!!!! Many types of glass cleaner (especially Windex) contain ammonia, which will damage your screen. Use good old rubbing alcohol and a soft cloth (like a washcloth), and rub GENTLY.

Any glass cleaner will do a fine job.

No need to fall for any of that esoteric stuff that just costs more but doesn't do any better.

There're always a few knobs who just have to have the "official" stuff and mostly it's just a bunch of rubbish designed to separate you from your hard-earned money that much faster.

Oy! Get a load of a.c.'s avatar. Damn! I just love to c your a.
