Electric sounds so cliche, but it really was. Quite a surprise, too, because it was with someone whom I considered more a friend than a girlfirend. There was this dance coming up at our school. There were a bunch of us hanging out, and I mentioned that I didn't plan on going. I said I had ticket to Pirates-Reds game (this was back in the 70's when the Bucs were good.), but later on she got me to admit that the real reason was that I couldn't dance to save my life. She grabbed my arm and started pulling me toward her house, telling me "We're going to take care of that right now." She had a huge collection of 45 rpm records (for those of you under 30, those are vinyl discs with a hole in the middle and played on antique machines called "stereos"), and was intent on giving me a crash course in dancing. We did fast dancing, slow dancing, slower dancing, and right in the middle of Billy Paul's "Me and Mrs. Jones," our lips got to within about three-quarters on an inch apart, and from there, I guess the Stong Nuclear Force or some property of quantum mechanics pulled them the rest of the way together.
Like I said, electric is so cliche, but also so very accurate...I wish I could say that it led to an ongoing relationship, but it didn't...we stayed friends, however.

My first kiss was nice, we were talking, and we got to a point where she asked me what I was going to do. I got up, walked over to her, and kissed her full on the lips. We kissed a couple of times more before I went home. Too bad she turned out to be kinda clingy and psycho.

It was very pleasant. We were in the back of my mom's car and when my mom went inside the store, we just sat there for awhile. after about 2 minutes, he said "i'm bored" and then leaned over and opened his mouth real wide and planted it on me. My first "real" french kiss. it was actually good considering either of us had ever kissed before. that was when we were 13 yrs old, and we have known each other since we were very little. now that we're seniors in high school, he proposed to me and we are to get married right out of high school. i'm so happy that i still know the person who i first made out with!!!

That was like 10 years ago, crazy, I know.
I am only 22 years but it has been a decade since my first kiss.
