my drive c & d has autoplay when i press the right button of the mouse

The "autoplay" file is not a virus or anything to worry about. Autoplay is usually found on CD's and installation files, meaning that when you put in the disk, it starts automatically. Why this is on your hard drive, i know not. But i wouldn't worry about it.

Not sure but if you're worried about viruses download an antivirus (AVG works great and is free) and run a complete scan.
But autoplay usually deals with CDs and DVDs mostly games. It could be that in the past you had a CD/DVD drive emulator using C: and D: as its emulated drive. (CD/DVD emulator is a program such as Daemon Tools that can "mount" a CD/DVD drive to your computer and let you store a CD/DVD on your computer then run the CD without actually having it in used mostly if you have a friend that wants to borrow a game or music CD and you play the game or listen to the music alot)
