You could buy some of the expensive synthetic cleaners. Or do like I do. About every 2-5 fillups I put a bottle of STP fuel injection cleaner in the gas. The synthetic looks pricey to me. But the trick is to have REGULAR maintenance.

Also, if you have never put it in before, your car may run a little rough as the fuel cleaner cleans the deposit off. It is the car's way of telling you, you have a dirty engine. But it takes a little time to burn the carbon off and then it will start back to running smoothly.

"NAPA" fuel injector cleaner has never let me down, I swear by it. You can actually feel the difference.
