the only thing in the way of this is the sleeves. i don't know how to hide/get rid of them.

wear it upside down and put knot by using the sleeves. use a elastic and nice border and make it look fashioable. after you have worn that take a snap put it on the web. let me see that as well.

cut off the neck to how far u want it then cut off the arms. it is pretty simple but u got to get exact measurements
