Light is a EM wave.But why does not it deviate in electric and magnetic feilds?

Do not tell keep a very power full magnet and elecric feild it deviates

It actually does. But, since it's an alternating magnetic and electric field, the average deviation sums to zero and, since the deviation is zero, the Poynting vector remains constant and it travels in a straight line.

The average of a electromagnetic field (electric or magnetic part taken separately) is zero even though it carries energy. Therefore it cannot (on average) deviate.
