I put my picture on single sights with very little information. But I don' t know about this myspace thing. I don't think I'd ever put my kids pictrues online unless it was a photo contest

If you use Myspace, be sure to get a proxy. There are tracker codes on Myspace which give out your IP to people without your permission. With a proxy from a distant place, they can't retrieve any real information about you.

If you post pics, be sure not to include any identifying information either in the photo itself or in a caption or description.

I let my 15 year old have a Myspace account, but I keep pretty close tabs on him. He has a full face pic, a pic of his motorcycle, dog, and one with him and his girlfriend. All of the photos either had no indentifying info, or else it was cropped out in Photoshop.

i put my pic everywhere and my kids have accounts on myspace with lots of pics and we have never had any problems i think it's how u raise them and what u teach them mine r 20,18,16,13,and 9 and they have all turned out really great and they have all grown up using the computer and the internet
