^ Is that not still disqualification?

Not really crazy, but a team can win when a 0-0 match goes to penalties.

Extra time penalties aren't considered goals.

Plus, I don't believe it is possible for a team to win a game without scoring a goal when disqualification is not considered.

the only way was is when bafore penalty shoot outs were introduced a flip of a coin could decide the winner i remember celtics win against benfica in 1969 like this but they had got to 3-3 ithink but proves that winning a game without scoring is or at least was possible.
