can i sue my legal mother to divorce my legal father, they have not lived together since ,well since a long time ago,i would prefer that she not use my father.s name, for anything, can i sue her to have this divorce and change of name,? Does anyone know if this has been done before,and when,who ?

even when her married name causes me trouble and interferes with business and even physical comfort,and security? can i sue for total incompatability?

No you may not. That is her choice to make to have her legal name changed and it is also her decision to go through with filing for a divorce. If you still have your father's name and want to change it , then you are more than welcome to do so provided you are over 18.

Nope, only your father can file suit to divorce your mother. And, even then, there is no law that would make her revert using her maiden name again. So, you might as well move on and let it go.
