I like the song as well. The reason why Target can use it goes back to the Michael Jackson child abuse case. To pay for those expensive lawyers of his he had to sell off some of the song catalog he had, including the Beatles. Paul McCarthy hated Michael for years because since he owned the Beatles songs Paul couldn't use a lot of them in his concerts or release them on an album.
