we don't have that problem here-were in Illinois where Jim Edgar the governor(retired) put every fifth man in uniform to hunt down everyone in our state but the crooked politicians, my town is the county seat and has cops 24 x7 everywhere-was a radar trap before radar was invented ~here~if someone is normal and average we know their weird and avoid them, drinkers are damned if they do and damned if they don't, they get $6000.00 out of a bottle in the name of reforming around here and if you get a double its $20,000.00 and you like to have grey hair when your old enough to drive again
