First calm down. Now what I recommend that you do is write out a study schedule. You should not be cramming at the last minute. You should come home each night and review your notes and even quiz yourself. By the way anatomy and physiology is the hardest class in the history of the world!

Do you have a friend who will help.
If so, lay on the bed, close your eyes and have them ask you questions from the book. Have them explain it to you if you get it wrong. Then start from the begining and do it again.
Maybe in the FUTURE you should STUDY MORE and BEER BONG LESS
You're OBVIOUSLY waisting time on other things or you have a memorization problem that needs some theraphy and professional suggestions!
If you WANT to pass something IT must come before sex, drugs, parties, friends, pizza, movies, TV otherwise YOU ARE NOT READY for COLLEGE.
If you are SERIOUS about college you should be in the Library reading EVERY book on Anatomy and Physiology there is! You should be reading the MEDICAL ABSTRACTS. You should KNOW more than your teacher knows!
Sorry to be blunt, but I was a lousey high school student and I know exactly why that was so!

what i do is i make myself a study guide. write down the important information (in an organized way, not sloppily), and all the things you think will be on the test. even if you just write the main idea down, you can look at the paper and- in your head- explain it. do that over and over again with all the things you need to remember. thats how i study.
and dont forget to get some sleep the night of the test. its better to be well-rested, wake up in the morning & study some more, than it is to try and study while youre tired & wake up not remembering everything.
hope i helped & good luck on the exam =]

Have a cup of warm milk. Stop thinking about your exams - you can actually overdue it on the studying. At this point, you know all you're going to know, now relax and let it be. You're too exhausted and stressed out to absorb any more information at this point. Rest easy, knowing you've done all you can do.
You will be fine.

well.... you cant be studying that hard if you are on the internet now can you. just kidding. i would reccomend taking your mind off of the studying and school all together and relax for a while. sit back and watch your fav movie or listen to some music. A little sleep cant hurt either.

The teachers should get together and spread the testing out so as not to put the students under too much pressure and make it so they can concentrate on one subject at a time. Considering how much they expect now. Why havent out off so many years they have not even come up with that is beyond me.

i'm not exactly at your age yet, but this is what I've heard helps.
Each lesson you cover, go back home and read it over and over. What ever you do, don't cram it in the night before. It helps to review it in the morning. Wake up half an hour before and read the stuff over, that way your memory is fresh. Get enough sleep, and definately eat. Staying up until 2 a.m. won't help, as in the mornign you'll be tired. and won't remember anything. Good luck.

Wow. You shouldn't be up. Studying in the middle of the night won't do any good. When you're not sleeping and studying instead, your brain doesn't retain any of what you studied because you need sleep. The best you can do is get a good night's sleep and eat a good breakfast. Good luck hun : )

Do not worry, Lovely_Lady. The last thing you need to do is panic. Just take it easy. I've been in your situation numerous times. You can do it if you believe you can. I believe you can do it. You've studied hard enough. Take some time off, do something you enjoy, and go back to it if you have to. Best of luck to you.
