A thing called "medical tourism" already is existing.Americans, people from Gulf,Pakistan and Sri Lanka visit India`s star hospitals to get quality treatment at less than 1/5 th of what they have to pay in U.S.A and U.K.
If the whole world has seven wonders, only India has hundreds of tourist attractions.Natural and man made waterfalls, mountain ranges, oceans , rivers, house boats, machans, wild life, bird sancturies, snake parks, medicinal plantations, temples, sculptural marvels, palace on wheels, wide varierty of foods, oriental music and dance only to name a few.
Tourism will fetch a lot of money and goodwill to India.
Disease and terrorism are the main obstacles.
Political will can change India to the best tourist attraction in the world.
