why do people resort to racism?

I'm black.
The other day i walk inside a beauty supply store and it was obvious that the asian lady behind the counter had just had a bad confutation with someone else that was the same race as me.
I walk to the counter and proceed to buying accessorys and the whole time the lady did'nt look at me and she was acting like the asian lady on "drinking your juice in south central" hurry up and buy! I asked her a question on a price she mumbled with a attitude and i could'nt understand nothing she said. Because i could'nt understand her she was more aggravated then before! I just paid for what was there and left the store because i'm not a aggressive person. I hate to argue because if a person thinks a certain way, arguing is'nt going to change their mind.
why because one black person do something you think all black people do it? Why if you see two black people standing together you automatically think they know each other? why ask one person questions pertaining to whole race?

I am tired of hearing that the reason people are racist is because of " the color of their skin." That is such a worn out BS statement! Can't it simply be because not of their skin but of their race as a whole. Skin has nothing to do with racism, but race does.

The old propaganda of " because of the color of skin" does not work anymore except for morons who haven't grasped onto the idea that the world is growing in intelligence and observation and some of the old propaganda words such as racist, racism, anti-semite, and so on, have no more teeth in the face of reality and truth concerning white people. We bought that "shite" long enough from your people who used it as a tool to condem us and destroy our dignity, rob us and sue us. But reality tells us it isn't true anymore and that black people often create every racist instance they attempt to blame on non-blacks.

Your one sided story does nothing to appeal to me concerning your truthfullness of the matter.

I once drove a med van for one day then I quit. Why? Because over 90% of all our patients were black and they were racist and mean.I knew better than stick around and be a victim of their lies and traps. I could never understand what they say because they either spoke im some trach out language like ebonics or mumbled. Most of them mumbled and you couldn't hear a thing they were saying. You didn't know where to take them to and when you don't understand their humba humba mumble they got angry and screamed at you and threatened you. Needless to say I told the owners to find someone else to drive these racist ( bastard)morons around. They have a great turnout in this black district for med van drivers and most only last about two weeks because blacks are so dammed racist.

I feel the Asian lady was justified because of her life experiance and the reality that she has to live with daily concerning black people. And I'm supposed to believe your story without knowing her side? See how stupid it is to side with you when we don't know the whole story? Especailly when many of us see and experiance blacks create their own racist instances in order to gain something else such as sympathy, money in a suit, or revengeon someone simply because they are of a different color. WE know this from reality and life expericances and now you want us to believe you?

Someday it will come to the point wereas no-one will ever believe the blacks because as a race you have destroyed any faith others could possibly have in you. Not because of the color of your skin but because of you as a race! Because we are now wise to the many,many black set ups and false accusations for monetary gain,

In reality don't kid yourself, all white people think like I do . They just have been trained to give a nice response for appeasement sakes. But behind you back they talk about how filty your are , how they hate blacks, how they can't understand them when they speak, how they lie and cheat and so on, and so on. All white people secretly hate black people because we like the Asians hate the most racist destructive people on the earth. They just lie to your face because it is politically correct and forced upon them to treat you good or as equals. So get that out of your head right away and you will be fine.

People resort to racism because they don't like having to deal with people different than them. Its easier to just deal with people from your own race. Further, races do have general commonalities among them (although there are always exceptions) and stereotypes are true most of the time.

Most of it is because of the whole "brother/sister" thing that inner city black people do. I totally understand, and you are right. There is not much you can do. Many people of one race will act outside of the "race idea". Just hope that eventually people will accept that not everyone of that race acts like that. Then racism will truly have ended.

It was obvious? Why? Maybe the lady (regardless of race) was having a bad day. You could have easily taken your business elsewhere and let it be.

Bad service does not equate to discrimination or racism. Get over it!

first of all girlfriend..... never ever patronize someone who is openly disrespecting you.
If she doesn't respect you..why should you keep her give her your money and keep her in business?
next time if you inquire about an item while shopping and the person treats you rudely...politely place your items where you are standing on the counter etc.... and walk out the store.

spend your money where you are respected, valued as a customer.

This is not anything against you because you seem like a nice lady, but in my experience, the ones that are rude to me are black girls, I'm not saying ALL, but most of the ones I met. And I work retail, patience is something that I have to have.

i dont understand why ppl are so racist either! it makes me so mad! ppl are just mean i guess. if u hate some 1 because of the color of their skin then ur just a sorry excuse for a person. every 1 is equal and no 1 is better than any 1 else in my book. the color of ur skin isnt whats important its whats in ur heart that counts. dont let her get to u. just keep ur head up and be proud of who u r!!!!

Because people are mentally lazy and it's easier for them to see differences rather than similarities.People don't want to find out answers on their own anymore. They want to be spoon-fed erroneous info and call it "truth." Thinking is a lost art.
