I really feel your pain. But although I can suggest many things i've tried, they havn't worked for me. Here's a few

Look at yourself in the mirror every day and tell yourself what you like about yourself, whether it's your eyes or hair or boobs, just concentrate on that. Say out loud- 'i'm a beautiful person'

I think it all comes down to accepting yourself and who you are. Untill you can do that then isn't much else!

Self consciousness is altogether not undesirable so long as it is kept under check and under control.
It can by achieved by focusing your mind on the present, being conscious of the consequences that are likely to follow.
