everyone is different, so whatever makes you comfortable. I think it makes the experience more intimate, when you keep your eyes open, and for some, maybe it's the opposite, but either way, if that's what you feel you want to do, at that moment, then go for it!
The experience is still the same, but more intense.
Either way, it's all good!

I think that kissing is a feeling, passion, not about analizing the other, you can kiss with eyes open to see him/her because you want to or closed to concentrate on the feeling, but not to check the reaction of the other person!!

First kiss situations are usually done with eyes closed.
But relationship kisses and such should be done with eyes open as a relationship means you hold some sort of attachment to the person your kissing so closing your eyes is bad or good(depends on the stage of the relationship).

I enjoy it both ways. It really doesn't matter much whether your eyes are closed or open as long as you are enjoying the kiss. Keeping the eyes closed is a biological phenomena, just taking you away from all other senses that can distract you from enjoying it, enabling you to give your 100 percent into the act. If you can concentrate wel lwith your eyes open, just do it...

probably it is a phobia which most of us have carried from childhood-the closest the eyes of any creature,maybe even an ant, to our eyes, the more Terrifying it appears.
This technique is very often used in frightening-cartoon movies to terrify the audience,adults and children alike.
if we carry the same argument to kissing with open eyes,it might replicate the same terrifying reaction in at least one of the kissing-partners,making it no more a spontaneous,pleasant experience which ideally it should be in the first place.

If you really love the person you are kissing it is not important if your eyes are open or not.

yes! i think one should kiss with open eyes 2 what r others rxn.but if both's eyes r open then the girl somehow feels shy.

ummmmmmmmm i hav nevr kissd a gal i always want to kiss one but now v r not togethr forget it!!! wel KISS in my view is a passport to HEAVEN the experience of kiss wil b really heavenly if u really love one whom u r kissin so ur eyes must b closd at the startin so tht u can hav an experience of a different world then bfore endin u must open ur eyes so tht u can see each others reaction tht how was the trip to a different world!!!
nd i believe tht the one who really go to diff world while kissin r really lucky bcoz they hav the person who is dearest to em always beside em!!!
