juz wanna know wat specific programs can we implement for the change of the culture of poverty and to improve their lives,..

In America, there are almost no decent schools in low rent neighborhoods. this locks the poor into another generation of poverty, over and over and over..
We do massive multi-billion dollar campaign to change neighborhoods continents and oceans away. We need massive multi-billion dollar campaigns to change neighborhoods right here.

Also addressing prejudices and racial barriers in all directions. like the idea that the poor did it to themselves.
when someone that can only see one choice picks the one choice he can see, is that truly a choice?

A committment to quality education and positive role models are key to the future of these children. Don't complain about how much money celebrities make. That is a no win argument. There will never be a lot of money available for people who work in social services. The real issue is how to fix these problems in the homes of the children. I know this is a problem of for all races, but especailly for black children. For example, almost 70% of black children are illegitimate and do not have a father living at home. 50% of black fathers did not see their children last year. Bill Cosby is right. It's time for black men to stand up and take responsibility for their actions. The culture must change for the future to be better.

For these big business companies to put some of the billions of profits they make back into the system and help these people in poverty. You know, rather than keep it and give themselves, their ceo's, etc. (who are already are in 6+digit salaries btw) million dollar bonuses.

there is not much you can do, except to offer education to their young. a lot of poverty-stricken people have got themselves into a kind of mold where they dont wish to change. and sometimes they even prefer a life of unemployed difficulty. sad but true.

Quit sending our tax money overseas. Put our own people's needs ahead of other countries. Ya can't buy friends anyway.
