Nobody even knows the mass of the entire universe, so they don't know the entire gravitational pull of the universe. There is still lots of debate over this issue.
Trust me, my friend, you and all of us combined are way too small to use any of it to our advantage.

The universe produces no gravity. It does not exist in open space. Only planets, stars, and moons have gravity.
And you can't use what doesn't exist.

Not much because the universe is expanding, not condensing. Individual systems therein would be your best bet to exploit :P
