Genetically modify every single person on earth.

What you're basically asking is "How can we have total world peace?"

Terrorism is a strategy, not a religion. Americans used it, Nelson Mandela used it, almost all armies have used it one way or another.

Hello!

I am afraid there is no straight forward answer to this question. Terrorism has plagued mankind for time immemorial. Perhaps the nature of mankind is such that we are sadistic creatures. And yet we seek to do away with terrorism.

On a more simpler note, I believe the glaring inequalities between the have's & the have-not's is a cause for terrorism. Religion too can be blamed on most accounts. The war between the "cross & the crescent" has been waging for centuries now. The most modern manifestations of this war being the "War on terrorism" by the USA on certain Islamic states.

Prevention of terrorism can be imagined to be impossible. A more realistic approach would be to lessen the latter's effect on our civilization. One of the plausible means of doing this could be to cease/freeze the channels or conduits which help terrorists. This could be money launderers, illicit drug trafficking, pornography etc. Interestingly, the proceeds of pornography has been linked to terrorists too!

Thereby I conclude that terrorists can be eliminated, but not terrorism; as the latter is an attribute of mankind & the elimination of the same may call for the elimination of mankind itself!

Regards,
Vinay

Just follow ur religion by heart and spread love everywhere, and ofcourse don't discriminate any one b'coz this is one of the biggest reason for terrorism. If all this thing would happen then that day is not so far when we breath in a new world which would be free from terror. Insha Allah.

By rubbing every lamp you come across and be very careful how you wish..the other 2 belong to you. Me personally,in another world, would not allow religious dogma in controlling other people's 'fates' ..you could use a crutch sure personally, but leave it out of the political domain..How naive is that? Apart from a fascist free religion..I would round up all the usual suspects, place them in a padded cell for two days after dosing them with a GOOD HIGH dose of LSD-25 and see if they can make something out of minds and egos into a soul solution..or else I'm just gonna come after everyone of you with my "Peace Gun"..enough already you fukcers.Leave us alone.

Terrorism should be met with force and it should be vanquished in the battlefield. No chicken hearted response will prove effective. People must learn to live with terrorism, without getting alarmed.

Get everyone in the world - E-V-E-R-Y-O-N-E - to gain a high proficiency level in the English language; not Mandarin, not French, but English. And when everyone (including the suicidal maniacs who scatter their body parts indiscriminately), attains an acceptable command of the language.... then maybe we can begin to achieve what you wonder. Until then, what can be done has been done. It is all that can be done.

What about regular violent crimes? It kills more than any terrorists ever will. But this is what good terrorists do to you. Make you go off track, feel afraid without rational reasoning and steer you away from more important problems to focus on relatively small group of thugs.
