The getting drunk part. I was alking through a friend's trailer, using the wall to help hold me up, and a finishing nail sticking out ripped a large gash in the palm of my hand. Took months to heal, left a scar that's still here 15 years later.
So now I don't get drunk.

I got married in Eastern Europe to a really weird chick named Svetlana and now I work all day for very little money in a Latvian Saddle Factory. The only break in my life comes when we go to the Annual Folk Dancing Festival in the next village Nowerskaville.
We make merry and enjoy the local treats like pickled squirrel eyes and steaming fresh vats of sauerkraut.
Talk about the simple life.

A few days ago I was out of town. Started drinking and took my anger out on someone.Couldn't shut my mouth. I'm lucky she forgave me.
