Maybe because some of us had decent parents who cared enough about us to teach us that we didn't need to party, sleep around, drink, or do drugs to have a good time.
Most kids these days have parents who don't give a rat turd what their children do, as long as the kids are not underfoot or in their way. It's sad, really, but too many parents also do not discipline their kids, usually because they either don't care, or they're afraid that they'll be arrested for child abuse. Most parents don't realize there's a fine line between child discipline and child abuse, and too many courts take away the right of a parent to be strict with their children.
I myself have a 4 year old son - and he knows that when I say something he had better do it - but I have never had to hit him, beat him, or use ANY kind of physical punishment on him. It's all a matter of vocal control, knowing what to NOT do, and technique.

Because you were apparently taught good morals, and raised to be respectful of your parents. It's a shame there aren't more out there like you. This country is becoming a moral sewer. It's nice to know that there are still people out there who think as you do.

Hey i didnt need that stuff either i think most people do those things because its peer presure and they wanna fit in and of course with all drugs they are addicting
