I don't know the motive behind this, if it is to harm anybody, then I think u must know enough by yourself and do it and nobody will help u with that.
If it is your own computer and u hv Windows on C as ur primary partition drive, then u won't be able to erase it completely. If u say u r not able to download anything, u must first get a genuine antivirus and fix ur system and not delete ur C drive. I know better utilities and tools to do what you exactly want, but will not let u erase the whole of ur C drive without u knowing more abt ur system well.

You OS is on your "C" drive so if you erase it your computer won't boot.

To get rid of positively everything on your HD without resorting to fancy software; boot to Dos or go to your "command prompt" and type "fdisk c:" (or d:) whichever HD; remove all of the partitions for that HD and then reset the partition.

If you have 2000 or XP just go into "administration tools" in your start menu (you may have to enable this in the toolbar options if it isn't there), click on "computer management" then "disk management" and "delete partition".

well you should reformat your pc so you need all the drivers and installer and do low level formatting. If you have a bootable windows xp installer you could do low level formatting and at the same time install a fresh copy of windows xp on your pc, that should remove the files left on it completely on the hard drive.

Reformat is the only way. If you have xp put in the disc and do a reformat.
