There are only 2 providers in the UAE: Etisalat and since a few weeks du. If that is what you are looking for I suggest you apply to them directly:

a new telecom company called du has just opened u might like to check out and construction is one of the least payed jobs in Dubai i should no i am a local :P .

Atlas Telecom is a great telecom company in Dubai... there are branches in Abudhabi aswell.... They are cutting edge in SatCom SkyStream, VisSat, Telecom, Saftey/Security... Its a private company... but one of the biggest in the region
