You are correct. Population is the single biggest problem facing the world today as it drives every other problem (example make the cars and factories say 50% less polluting. That only works until you add 50% more cars and factories).

Without a comprehensive eugenics program the human race is doomed to unimaginable suffering. Regrettably, mankind will never submit to anything like that no matter how much sense it makes.
