Get Mozilla Firefox or make sure you have Internet Explorer 7 (which comes with Vista and can be installed in XP).

You should have indicated what browser you're using. If in case you're using Internet Explorer 7.0 - you may activate tabbed browsing by clicking on Tools

you could always download mozilla firefox... super sweet browser, easy to use, customizable skins, fewer threats than ie. and for tab browsing, just press ctrl t....

ps. also has lots and lots of widgets, my favorite is the one that you can control i tunes with
