Well it's different for both sexes. A man has a bigger bladder than a woman. So the woman has a smaller bladder, making them pee more often than men. It might be a bladder problem that he/she is facing. I suggest for him/her to go the doctor. It can be psycological. Maybe he/she has to many nightmares that causes this effect. But go with the doc. first. Good Luck!

Embarrassing to be sure, bed-wetting can come from any number of sources. It can be physical, like a muscle problem. It can be caused by infection. It can be a sleep problem. Or it can be an emotionally based issue. Women, after giving birth, or when pregnant can also have wetting issues. Sneezing can be the worst unexpected cause of the dribbles. A Dr. is your best source for testing diagnosis and treatment.
For someone who still bed-wets, I suggest wearing disposeable underwear, and sleeping on a "rubber sheet" -- this is a flannel covered waterproof pad. (Available in the infant section of Target, Walmart, maybe Sears) You can throw it in the washer daily if needed, and save your bed linens from dampness.

Bed wetting can be a symptom of a serious problem such as cancer. Go see your doctor immediately and be honest about the problem. Even if it is not a more serious problem, there is treatment for urgent bladder control. Good luck.
