I have the McDope Dope Dealing game but am missing the rule book if anyone has a copy can they please send it?

I have the board, all the cards and a vague memory of the rule but am missing the rule book and charts (for selling) so needless to say no playing of The Original McDope Dealing game is taking place, I am desparately trying to locate a copy of the rules, any help would be greatly appreciated
