I agree with sellatiee, look at your parent's photos and video footage. You will also know personally and ask if you don't what kind of life style they have lived over the years to take any premature aging and anti aging into account, like smoking, plenty of sunbathing or any cosmetic work done or were they eating and exercising for a long period of time like thier bodies were temples, also did one of them age quicker than the other during a certain period maybe due to family genes, sever illness, stress or to other things that we know that can cause premature aging, or maybe the other was doing something that was anti aging we makes them look young for their age etc..From there you can look at their siblings and parents photos and get a good idea how you may age too.
Another thing, did someone begin to look alot younger a few years later not due to cosmetic surgery, maybe because they started treating their bodies better (ie..quit an addiction, eating better, exercising, vitamins etc..)
Don't just look at one photo during a year though we all have our good days and off days so look at many, but you should start to see signs every 4/5 yrs like maybe more laughter lines etc....harder to tell on women as women tend to wear makeup to cover thier imperfections, but compare figure changes, like flabbier arms, weight gain, and then droopying eyelids, deeper facial lines around the eyes and mouth, thinner lips and less defined jawline .
Wow I'm starting to feel depressed now writing this, but it makes for an interesting study too.

I just look in the mirror, but I saw a slide show recently where a guy took a picture of himself everyday for 6 years and then strung them all together in a rapid slide show.

Here are 2 links (I think the first one shows age better):

Although it is not natural aging, you may want to look up on the internet people with pictures that have substance abuse. It would provide an interesting view into it. especially the heroin and cocaine addicts.

Ask your parents, friends, other relatives etc. for some of their photos. Also, you may try looking up magazine or newspaper articles of celebrities, politicians, actors/actresses from a few years back and comparing them to recent photos.

if you want to learn the effects of human aging deeply, i think its best choice to choose yourself for that, you should have your pictures taken in different years and then compare yourself. what didn't happen in past, what happen now or what changes in your body came..
