It depends on what the compromise is...if it's something silly or harmless...yes.
If it is a compromise that will negatively affect me....or my partner for that matter...I try to think it out and communicate....and there needs to balance in the compromises....the scale should not be severely tipped on one end.

Yes, if I know its short term.
A long term relationship cannot sustain that way and I don't do it if its someone I want to live with.
