I've noticed that republicans like to say that liberals want to take away our rights and yet they remain silent about all of the rights that we have lost under neocon rule. Is that because they only get their news from neocon news outlets? I suggest that all republicans include Lou Dobbs in their list of news shows to watch. He reaveals the ugly truth about both parties.

This is funny from my perspective, as I am in Australia, and we hear the same thing, except here, the 'Liberal" party is actually the equivalent of the Republicans, and the left wing liberal party "Labour" are the ones saying they want to take away our rights.
The neo-cons here know better than to falsely accuse the left of such a thing, since they have blatantly removed so many of our basic rights over the years... Does this mean our Neo-cons are more intelligent, or our voters?

One doesn't need much more than a marginal knowledge of the English language to be able to understand who's doing what to whom, and why.
When President Bush signed the McCain Feingold election reform act Republicans were screaming like banshees. When he signed the Prescription Drug entitlement program it was the same. When he had Ted Kennedy draw up his education program, conservatives were apoplectic. When he came up with his "Preferred worker program" or whatever he shrouded amnesty for illegal aliens with, he was blasted from the right. The Patriot Act has never been real popular with conservatives.
Liberals are very generous as long as they don't have to be generous with their own largess. They love wind driven power as long as it's not in their back yard. It's the Democrats who are screaming hate-filled rhetoric at people, not conservatives. Even Ann Coulters remarks are veiled in humor.
Now the Democrats have a Marxist Socialist running for President of the United States.
Read and listen to other news sources with an open ear. Learn he truth. It will help you preserve your freedom.

While both parties suck, the far left actually scare me. Pelosi and her ilk want to turn this country into a Socialist country. The far left are using the ACLU to try to get Christians Church shows banned on tv, including Cable tv. That is a fact. It was in Fed court last year and ACLU lost and now they are trying again. The "libs" use the Patriot Act whining as a smoke screen to cover up their own stomping and trashing of the Constitution in a far worse way than the Patriot Act.

Every American must be blamed for the rights they are losing because they themselves do not agree on what to do with terrorism and it is the reason by President Bush wanted to curtail rights in order to solve the problem of terrorism msince the Liberals are not supporting his proposals.

The right to bear arms is in the Constitution - it would take an amendment to remove that and neither party has the juice (or desire) to accomplish that. First of all, almost ALL news outlets are liberal. I can count 1 on my hands that is not, and even it if iffy. Liberals get all the good news, and they tend to think we do, that is so far from the truth...
Liberals want to take away CHRISTIAN rights.... That is there push....
We want to make it so that we dont give rights to people that are fighting for something that is wrong since the beginning of time... IE homosexuals, abortions, ect...
You want to take away something that is good, morally, ethically GOOD....We want to stop soemthing that is horrendus and discusting....
Thank us for standing, the more liberals pass, the worst this world is going to get, and the sooner Jesus is going to come back to take up his children...

Liberals absolutley want to take our rights away! all they want is for everyone to pay higher tax prices so that the government can take care of them! I do not need the government to take care of me, i have rights and i intend to use them. The media is usually unreliable and the only thing they want to do is make the opposite party look bad, the only station I recomend is Fox news because they show opinions of boths sides.
