It's not at the top of the corruption list. India, like many countries, have a problem with major corruption. It is all about money and power.

We are used to one culture. Just see. Just listen. And not expressing.
Education should give us knowledge. We must judge what is good and what is bad. In the news paper, one article will come against someone. Just read it and forget. No problem even if he becomes an MLA or MP tomorrow. Poor can not think about these things. And rich has no problem.
No one is prepared to raise thier voice against corruption. If something comes in news, it is the problem of other party to raise protests. And the supporters of that party (which is of that corrupt person) won't bother.
We are used to this culture. I know a person who lives in city in a luxury manner. I can not assess how he lives such a life. What can be done against him. I don't know how to make complaint about him.
There must be some eyes watching us. There must be ears listening about us. There must be people talking against us.
We saw something in news paper about some politicians. Who will try to act against him.

The electoral system is the most blame worthy factor for the continuance of corruption that plagues our polity. As things stand now, no honest person can hope to contest an election and win. A whole sale electoral reform is needed, as a prelude for cleansing the political system.

Bureaucrats and politicians come from Indians only. Though Government legislations prohibit/ban corruption/bribery, dishonesty/malpractice, yet these could not be decreased a little. Government, Departments and Police may initiate legal action upon knowledge of crime only; collect evidence and prosecute. Offences are to be proved by sufficient acceptable valid legal evidence before court beyond reasonable doubt. Often offenders escape punishments for lack of evidence and sometimes due to corrupt & imperfect prosecution. Thus the Government laws cannot be so effective for evil eradication.
People always respect and obey the religious laws voluntarily, even while not in others' view. A big majority of Indians have no religion to restrain them from bad/evil and to command for lawful honest pious acts. Admittedly Hinduism is not a religion; it is a culture, tradition, custom etc. Many Indian Muslims have Hindu influence and practise Islam in private life but rarely in public life. Such Muslims ignore their duty of propogating the essence of their religioius commands/teachings to the irreligious mass.
Muslims firmly believe and strictly practice the teachings/commands of their holy book Quran & their Prophet, which is their Code of Life at all times/places. They have the written, clear and unambiguous teachings to guide righteous or wrongs, pious or evil, fair or unfair, etc. Islam strictly forbids corruption, bribery, dishonesty, unwed sexual activities, telling a lie, theft, murder, injuring bodily/mentally, pre/extra marital sexual relations, inequality among people, etc. Islam commands rights of women, neighbors, animals, relatives, general public, etc. Muslims follow them blindly in matters of responsibilities, liabilities, rights, daily life, marriage, private & public relation, business, trade, earning & spending, etc. and do the righteous and refrain from bad. Anybody may read, satisfy, accept and practice it.
