Like not dwarfs but i mean tiny little people? i have seen stories where people claim they found little tools that are soo small that it would be like for doll size people.

yes they are called fairy or fae and are regarded as great teachers( if a bit on the troublesome side) by many cultures including the Native Americans and Celtic Pagans.

Nope. Too fairy-tale like... and this is reality. There's a difference. =)

The only way people can be 'small': if they had some sort of genetic problem. There are kids born only a few inches - I read an article about a girl, now aged 4 who's not the height she should be at. She was born with a genetic disorder, causing her to look like a doll. It's like, dwarfism - but maybe more 'severe'...

Yes there are. They are either simply short people...or a disorder that they have which is called Primordial Dwarfism.
