San Francisco is definitely 21+ territory. The major venues like 1015 Folsom, Ruby Skye, and Mezzanine will always check ID, so forget about being able to sneak pass the bouncer.

However, there are a couple of options for you. Comedy clubs like Punchline and Cobb's are 18+.
