Standing Back If you took a Bowling Ball and threw it as hard as you can against a brick wall(letting go of it of course) would it destroy the wall or the bowling ball?

well, im thinking the wall is average thickness and the bowling ball is about 13 pounds.....i am also imagining a man in his mid 20s with average muscular mass and average throwing pressure....considering all these things is just the first step.....i believe, using my examples, that the wall would recieve but a chip to it as well as the bowling ball, also, the bowling ball would bounce back with anywhere from 1/3 to 1/2 the original force exerted....so watch out if you plan on experimenting.

Most like your toe as the bowling ball will bounce off the wall and rebound towards you.

when I was a girl I dropped the bowling ball and if bounded over to the next lane and scored a spare for another student.

If you threw it hard enough it would destroy the wall. The ball may also sustain minor damage.
