the older traditional songs of essendon, carlton, collingwood etc are generally sung by a group called the fable singers. . the newer clubs freo, adelaide, port adelaide have different moden artists.

every team has their own team song written and originally performed by different people (with possible exeptions to the older clubs)

although if u mean like the song "holy grail" it is by hunters and collectors. thats as far as i can see the most commonly played song when it comes to footy (especially around september)
