milestone, pinnacle, apex, climax and epiphany are not appropriate words. They refer to a turning point in ones life, not an important or memorable way of living. How about "socially elite" or immortalized? Upper crust? Righteous? Dignified? Virtuous? Saintly? Aristocratic?
