I do and the use is for politeness and kindness! And I REALLY GET MAD if someone doesn't return the nicety to me when I sneeze! So you are warned! Ahhh....chooooo!!

i usually try to yeah....even in the grocery store if I hear someone down the aisle sneeze I might bless them...I also open doors for people, men or women, young or old.
I do it because no one does that anymore, Its courteous....it seems to me that the world is becoming full of self centered people....its ok to acknowledge other people and be polite...there doesn't need to be a point and you don't have to get anything from it.

Yes, if I know the person. Everything has gone so politically correct. I would not want to offend anyone. But sure, some one I know - a Blessing never hurt .
