How long does spotting usually last?

It depends on why your spotting.
Is it pregnancy related? Period related? or something else?
I would imagine it would last about 3-4 days but again it depends on what's causing you to spot.
See your doctor if you feel concerned.

If it's related to having your period it could possibly last a couple of days but as the other poster suggested contact your dr to address your concern.
