i have heard of a thing called "zen" but i dont know if its good or not

do u have any ideas of natural things that i should try? i already know about putting cumber skin on your face as a mask

Sounds like you saw a dermatologist already- if you did not, find one in your area. I myself had acne even in my twenties (it started getting bad when I was 22-23) I tried different meds, topical as well as pills and nothing helped much. One thing that did help for a while was antibiotic called Minocycline which is a Tetracycline derivative. After about 2 yrs it stopped working and I was breaking out again. That's when I asked about Accutane. Accutane is the only medication that can actually cure acne- however it does come with severe side effect such as extremely dry skin, joint pain, hair thinning etc. I went on it for 4 months and even though I did experienced a lot of the side effects- I was glad I tried it. For about 2 yrs I did not get one single pimple. It's been almost 6 yrs since I've been off Accutane and I get maybe one pimple per month. So I would say talk to your doctor about Accutane, see if this is right for you and if not, ask about Minocycline.

natural is really the way to go, most products that you will take will help for a quick fix, but they are not dealing with the real problem. most people have no idea why they break out, well here is the reason!
Skin eruptions or blemishes can also be constipation symptoms. Constipation can cause acne and it can worsen existing acne conditions. Many people fail to understand the skin is a major organ responsible for eliminating waste. When the liver and kidneys become overwhelmed by substances that need to be evacuated from the body—the skin will try to come to their aid. Individuals who are constipated are backed up with fecal matter and it’s impossible for the skin to remove fecal matter. However, the epidermis can show signs of its attempting to rid the body of toxins by becoming inflamed or breaking out.
check out this link, it should help you allot!

Have you tried ProActiv, Felicity, Diffrin? But you shouldn't let acne get in your way. If you want something natural try egg whites, low fat yogurt, lemon juice, or really hot water. If this really is bothering you then try a dermotologist. You also can have surgery done to get rid of that. Also you might want to buy some Oxzy pads. you can wipe ur face with one this really works cuz it helps take all the bacteria out. good luck! also try Fish pills the gel kind...they really work if you take one every day and they help ur immune system.

PROACTIVE works. And another thing, you've got Acne coz there's an overproduction of oil in your face which mixes in with bacteria in the air, clogs your pores and gives you zits. ALWAYS bring a little bottle of facial wash. Wash your face as often as you can. Keep your face clean.

Additional cleaning regimen:
1.) buy Pond's Cold Cream. Put it on in the morning, make sure you massage it thoroughly, leave it on for like a minute, wipe it off with a warm damp washcloth. Do the same thing before you go to bed.

2.) Use an astringent. Buy 2 capsules of Clindamycin at your local drugstore, open them up and pour contents into your toner. Mix it. Get a piece of cotton and apply it on your face after you've removed the cold cream.

Good luck.

My sister has struggled with acne for years, and she swears by Pro Active. The only thing is that you have to use it religiously!! But her face looks so much clearer. Shes used it for a while now, like 5 years and it does make a difference. just dont stop using it, when ever she runs out for a while it comes back, but when she uses it after running out, you can tell the difference almost immediatly, within like a week of using it DAILY. Hope it helps.

A majority of people get into the stage where you just tend to break out the most.
If you have the kind that's been there for months; it won't be easy; but still possible.
Proactiv works, but i heard from my friends that it drys out your face and once you stop using it for a day or two you break out once again.
The best advice i can give that WORKS and PREVENTS more acne (patience and devotion is needed here) from developing is to
- wash your sheets once a week
- drink a LOT OF WATER! bring bottles with you everywhere, etc
- keep your hair out of your face, if wearing glasses, cleanse them daily.
- don't touch your face at all
- don't use storebought cleansers that dry your face.
- CLEANSE, TONE AND MOISTURIZE ; facial mask once a week.
cleanser takes out dirt, toner evens out skintone and removing excess dirt, moisturizer softens it up.

just remember that the cleansers work differently for everyone!
and you gotta have patience. i used to spend so much money every week, and in 2 months i ended up have 8 bottles of full sized cleaners lol. but trust me, the water thing works so much, lol.

this is really gross...but u know what acne really is? It's the way your body gets rid of an over build up of toxins in your system....meaning that is u don't go to the bathroom regularly your poop is coming out through your pours. My suggestion is drink lots and lots of water to flush your system.

I'm not kidding...take a look see at this home remedy site I found...it's also helpful b/c it has some alternatives to help treat acne.

Pro Active should be prety good. I did not think my niece had nice skin, but with a few months the acne was gone and new skin ( with no blotches ) were in its place.
