i believe the dollars value may fall and would like to move the majority of my money into euros but am not sure how to do so

Go to your local bank that you have an account.
Turn them in for Euros..the bank may have to order them for you.
Search for an Euro based internet bank and deposit these funds into that account. I would not recommend this though because it is hard to find reputable banking if you are not familiar w/ the rules or regulations governing those funds." Invest" your funds if you are not happy w/ the US dollar. The US dollar will not fall to such a low because so many FOREIGN countries r heavily invested in us!! If our economy falls so will many, many, others.

Sir, we area about to undergo a shift. Go for gold right now. Euros are gonna get ugly going forward when Europe realizes that they don't have an economy, aside from the investment banks, that make them look like they are doing alright. It is over for Europe, which makes it not a good time to buy-in.
