I am being sued by somebody and i would like to know what other lawsuits they have been involved in. how would i find that out?

In most jurisdictions, you need to search county by county at the website for each court. There are some services and investigators that will provide this information for a fee.

If they are a convicted fellon their are web sights but for just general knoledge you need to go to your local court house and go into the clerks office and use their public computer -you can lear of anything even trafic tickets and divorces.the computer system they have can look up all states and court systems-good luck!
