I guess because of the scare factor. It gets your nerves going and blood flowing. To me the ones where people get cut stabbed are to real.

I think they like the suspense and adrenaline rush. I don't watch them, they just freak me out.. LOL

i like to because i like getting freaked out. i dont know y. i know i would be scared to death if i saw like a ghost or something but i still want to stay in haunted hotels or watever to see them
