Everytime I urinate -- not during the whole time-- but like a little bit before it ends, it burns. What's wrong?

You are at the beginning states of a UTI otherwise known as a urinary tract infection. Please see a physician so he can start you on the correct antibiotic before the infection becomes worse & it travels to your kidneys. Once it gets to your kidneys, the pain is much worse. Kidney pain feels like you are being stabbed with a knife on one or both flank areas of your body. Please see a doctor & do not put it off.

Most answers are already given. Yes burning with urination, if that is what you have is a sign of bladder infection so called UTI. If you have burning in your vagina this can be a yeast infection. I hope you took precautions to protect yourself for STD (Sexual Transmitted Diseases). Many women have UTI"S when they have a new sex partner. Your body has to get used to the other persons germs...so to speak. Practical tips are to urinate before you have sex and after. Whip yourself from the front to the back when going to the bathroom and drink lots of water instead of sugar holding drinks, including sodas and juices. Vitamin C 4 times a day 2000 mg can help to battle a urinary tract infection. Oil of Oregano is another good alternative. Another test to see if you have a urinary infection is; catch your urine in a clean glass and see if the urine is cloudy and or has a bad stinky smell. Your urine should be clear and not foul smelling. Good luck, do not worry and enjoy your life. see source

Most likely a UTI---urinary tract infection. You need to go to the doctor, as an antibiotic will be needed to kill the infection. You should drink lots of fluids, cranberry juice is often helpful to relieve some of the symptoms , always wipe from front to back to help prevent getting a UTI, wash your hands before and after using the bathroom, and go to the bathroom as soon as you feel the urge. Once you have had a UTI, you will be more prone to getting them and you need to actively try to prevent them. If left untreated, it can go into your kidneys and can result in a life threatening condition and even lead to death from kidney failure.

It could be a lot of things. When I had a kidney stone, it burned when I urinated. Also, it could be a urinary tract infection, a kidney infection, or any number of things. They best idea would be to see your doctor and have some tests done so you can be put on some anitbiotics to help clear it up. Good luck!

More than likely you have a Urinary Tract Infection. If you are not too worried about it, try drinking a lot of cranberry juice for a week or so.

If you are still experiencing problems, you will need to see a doctor for an antibiotic.

Most likely a urinary tract infection. Could possibly be an STD as well. Go to the doctor IMMEDIATELY. In either case it will not go away on its own and will only get worse until you go on antibiotics.

You may have the beginnings of a bladder infection. I suggest you drink some pure cranberry juice (not cranberry cocktail that isn't real juice). Also, drink lots of water to flush the bladder too. If that does not change things in a few days, you may have something else going on.
