Are you sure it is their actual phone number? Maybe it is their supervisor, an answering laptop, or fake. Anywho, i might talk to a noted character like a common man or woman. "How's the whole thing been, what have you ever been as much as, what are your plans for this week..." And i might preserve it short and sweet on account that if they may be famous, possibilities are they have higher matters to do than chat on the mobilephone all day.

Celebrities don't want their fans calling them at home or on their cell. No offense. If they gave out their personal #'s, they would never have any time to relax cuz their phone would be ringing off the hook.
If I were you I would try writing to your favorite celebrity, sometimes you even get a response.
