As a quick fix, an over-the-counter medication will help you. It's like covering a problem with a band-aid. Your problem will go away, however, the reason it appeared is not addressed.

Give some thought into researching yeast infections and learn what you have done to create this problem in your body, and how to safely avoid getting them.

There are foods you can eat that help remove yeast infections, the most popular one is any yogurt containing acidophilus bacteria. Some people suggest to use yogurt as a douche, but I don't agree with that at all.

Check the link below, it's short and informative. Good luck.

Most definitly the 7 day treatment even though it is horrible it is a prolonged treatment and prevnts reoccurence. The 1-3 day treatments generally are easier because less mess and discomfort but they don't seem to "get it" the first time. Try eating lots of yogurt as well as the enzeymes (sp) will help to break it down. Prevention is the key with these things so as to avoid having to get these meds. Best luck

A generic store brand product to treat yeast infections are just as good as the national brand, but with a cheaper price. If you want fast results get the 1 day treatment, and external vaginal anti-itch cream that you can apply in around your labias as well as the opening to your vulva.

HI! They are all pretty good but even though the 7 day takes longer it seems to be more effiicient. The 1 and 3 day makes a burning feeling with me--it must be too strong. Good luck sweetie!
