No, not really. The lithosphere is part of the geosphere -- but the geosphere includes any of the rocky/metalic parts of the earth... The geosphere includes the crust, mantle, outer core, and inner core... the lithosphere is a dynamic zone of the geosphere that includes the crust and the upper-most part of the mantle.
