have this guy..who flirts with me but he never really made an actual move, I know for a fact that he's an insecure guy.. there was one instance where he told me to call him if I ever wanted to hang out or go to a movie.. and there was another time where he asked me WHO I spent my holidays with, and on top of that he's always questioning me about how come I'm always leaving when he comes and talk to me... so I thought well he told me to call him if i ever wanted to hang out..so I made the first move and asked him to hang out.He told me that he would like to but it would have to be in a couple of weeks because he is broke....But we haven't really connected and it's been about a week ago..would you say he's interested even though he hasn't called

And plus he told me that he was putting out hints..but I enver picked up on them..so he felt like I didn't want to be his friend...and then he went on to say that there has been times where woman have shown that they didn't want to be his friend..

I would give it a few more days,,and if you dont hear from him then give him a call.
When you talk to him,just tell him you hadnt heard from him,,you were wondering how he was doing,,,and youd like to know if he would like to hang out and do something..
Its that simple !!
If he gives you the same story,,then tell him you dont care how fancy it is,,you just want to hang out with him,,and if he realy doesnt have a lot of money,,suggest hot chocklate or a milk shake and a walk through a park

YEAH! that he doesnt realize that words are only 7% of communication. its not what he says but how he says it and how he acts when he says it!
