Why do YOU think she did it, regardless of what the media says, whats your opinion??

I think she's messed up after the awful coverage on her lately, she's trying to say: "U think I'm a mess, well here, let me prove it to u!" That or it's a bid for help. I don't think its for attention cuz she already gets so much of that.

Many people in Hollywood, the music limelight, and many stars are not very happy with themselves and are not happy with anyone else for that matter. It explains the reason why many stars are always in bed with every one, and always doing something different to themselves because they are never satisfied.
The whore hop around with each other, and they are always cutting on their breast, nose jobs, butt lifts, skin procedures, not in the name of fashion but discontentment because they are not happy with themselves and they are always looking for things to do that will never satisfy them. They have so much money but yet it seems they have the most problems. This I believe is whats wrong with Britney Spears and many people in Hollywood and Stardom for that matter.
