No Japanese do not feed on cats.
Why would they? I mean think about it.
They banned USA Beef for like 3 years because they were afraid of Mad Cow disease. (All the while, people of the US ate it without too much worry.)
Trust me they are alot pickier about what they eat than Americans. (And I don't mean that in a bad way. I actually think America should learn alittle more about dieting from the Japanese if anything)

Cats are eaten in parts of China and Vietnam, not Japan. Japanese people do not eat cats. Korea is known for dog-eating.

No. You must have Japanese mixed up with Koreans and Chinese.

They don't eat cats, but they do eat a lot of meat and seafood.
